Job Responsibilities:-

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications
Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
Iterate designs based on feedback, performance metrics, and usability results
Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries
Work closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation

Job Requirement:-

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web and mobile design (iOS/Android)
Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and responsive design
Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
