Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for making inbound/outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our IT solutions and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and other outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and present our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
- Meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation.
Job Requirement:-
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Pleasing, energetic and confident personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and conducting successful pitches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
