Key Responsibilities:-

Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports of findings, including test results, recommendations, and solutions.
Maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and outcomes.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address quality concerns.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the end-user experience.
Ensure products/services comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in quality assurance.
