Quality Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for testing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining excellence.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct manual and automated testing on products, software, or services to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the system.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to resolve issues.
- Review and analyze system specifications and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards.
- Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings, including test results, recommendations, and solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and outcomes.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address quality concerns.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the end-user experience.
- Ensure products/services comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in quality assurance.
Job Requirement:-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QA tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, or similar).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in a Quality Analyst or related role.
